Decided to Uninstall...could not handle the inconsistency

OK...so I ran the uninstall of Domino 8 from XP Rmv pgms. After it completed, I archived directory Notes and all subdirs and rebooted to start with a fresh slate.

I then installed all options: Notes Clt, Designer, Administrator, Activities, Composite Apps, IBM Prod tools and Sametime. First time in (only Notes clt) about 3 minutes for regular setup. 2nd time - did not open (in a reasonable amount of time), 3rd time - 2 minutes...should I be concerned (change my late summer campus rollout timeline)? I have all the confidence in IBM that this will be fixed. I just may need to adjust the plan if this is not something simple.
